SHIPPING
We at King of Beards understand the importance of timely delivery of products to our customers. We post using Royal Mail, 1st or 2nd class. If a quicker delivery is needed, please contact us before placing an order and we will try our best to accommodate. We offer free shipping for all orders over £30. Please take into account weekends, bank holidays or promotional periods (Black Friday, Valentines day) may extend delivery times.
PACKAGING & ENVIRONMENT
At King of Beards we like to be as sustainable and environmentally conscious as possible. Single items will be packaged well and secure for postage but we do not provide fancy outer packaging which will ultimately end up in the bin. Our box sets come presented in recycled postal boxes which are ideal for wrapping as presents and offer more 'show value'. We will re-use postage materials from our suppliers to also help with waste and costs. We like to use as little plastic as possible, and all plastic used is PET/ recyclable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from King of Beards. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund or exchange. The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item(s) are not in the same condition as received or if they have been used.
